We usually ship via USPS. Standard Delivery typically takes 5-8 business days. You can select express shipping for delivery within 1-2 business days.

Yes! You will receive an email when your order is on its way with a tracking number for your delivery, so you know exactly when to expect your jewelry.

We'll do our best to sort it out. Please be sure to check your order immediately upon receiving it. If the item received is damaged or defective, please take a picture of the item and email shopfromdeva@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt. The sooner we know there's an issue, the sooner we can help.

Any reports after this time frame will be considered null and void.

Returns & Cancellations

You may place a cancellation notice within 24 hours of placing the order. We’ll be able to cancel the order and refund the entire amount. If your order is duly canceled, the amount paid will be reversed to your account within 5 to 7 business days.

Email shopfromdeva@gmail.com your request to return along with your order number. We will email you the return label.We will accept returns for a refund minus shipping costs, within 5 business days of receipt.

A restocking fee equivalent to 15% of the retail price will be charged.

Product(s) found to be worn, used, or damaged will not be accepted for return.

Please place item(s) back in the original packaging, attach the mailing label we provided and drop the package off at any USPS center or drop box.

Deva will not be held liable for any damage caused to the item(s) during transit.

Deva will send you a confirmatory e-mail upon receiving the product(s). Upon inspection of the product, the Deva team will inform you about its decision with respect to acceptance or rejection of the products within 5 business days of receiving the product(s).

Refunds would be processed within 5-7 business days of acceptance of the refund request.

Earrings are ineligible for returns.

If an order has more than five products then it will be considered a bulk order. Return for such orders would not be possible.

All sale styles are considered final sale. There will be no refunds for orders to which any kind of discounts were applied.

Goods once sold cannot be exchanged.
